Job Context:
∎ Mir Real Estate Limited is a leading real estate development company specializing in commercial and residential properties. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of our real estate projects.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborating with the project manager to develop project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. This involves conducting feasibility studies, creating project schedules, and identifying required resources.
∎ Assisting in the creation and management of project budgets. This involves monitoring expenses, tracking project costs, and collaborating with the finance team to ensure budget compliance.
∎ Maintaining project documentation, including project plans, contracts, permits, and reports. This includes preparing progress reports, identifying and addressing project risks and issues, and documenting lessons learned.
∎ Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. This includes managing vendor contracts, tracking vendor performance, and resolving any issues or disputes that arise.
∎ Monitoring and ensuring the quality of project deliverables through regular inspections, adherence to standards, and compliance with building codes and regulations. This includes conducting quality checks, coordinating inspections, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
∎ Building and maintaining relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, investors, and regulatory authorities. This involves addressing stakeholder concerns, managing expectations, and providing regular project updates.
∎ Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues. This includes conducting risk assessments, creating risk management plans, and implementing risk response strategies to minimize project disruptions.
∎ Facilitating the completion and handover of projects. This involves conducting final inspections, ensuring all project deliverables are met, obtaining necessary approvals and certifications, and documenting project closeout reports.
∎ Constantly seeking opportunities to improve project management processes, systems, and performance. This includes analyzing project performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Construction management, project management, or a related field.
∎ Understanding of construction and design principles is beneficial.
∎ Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
∎ Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
