Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiating yearly sales target and yearly business promotional activities.
∎ Lead a team of Sales personnel to attain the sales targets.
∎ Ensure compliance and set rules with a view to the organization's policies and operational guidelines.
∎ Deal with the property owners, buyers and other stakeholders by providing creative and practical solutions keeping the organization's interest intact.
∎ Evaluate performance of the team using key metrics and addressing issues to improve it.
∎ Monitoring the team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
∎ Collecting customer feedback and market research.
∎ Assist management in decisions for expansion or acquisition of properties and business.
∎ Ensuring profitability keeping the price competitive with the market.
∎ Maintain appropriate customer engagement proactively to delegate Win-Win situation for both.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customers.
∎ Ensuring every sales individual is updating their own customer database to create a corporate customer bank.
∎ Communicate with prospective buyers.
∎ Knowledge about law and agreement policy related to real estate business
∎ Carry out competitive sales study, market survey, and analysis business activities.
∎ Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
∎ To find out the performance gap of non-achiever and guide them to achieve the next target.
∎ Evaluating customers' feedback and take positive initiative to enhance customers' satisfaction.
∎ Preparing reports on daily, weekly and monthly sales report, projection vs achievement report on a regular basis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have general knowledge in the following area(s): Real Estate, Sales& Marketing, and Business Development.
∎ Self-competency: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Negotiation and persuasive skills
