Job Responsibilities:
∎ This incumbent is for a true self-motivated person who will be responsible for the following assignments:
∎ Initiating and successful completion on sales of Company products such as apartments, plots.
∎ Preparation of sales deed, different types of agreement, project brochure etc.
∎ Arrangement of various types of meeting, assist handover ceremony and other official meeting
∎ Preparation of land signing proposal for approval.
∎ Keeping affiliation with legal affairs department.
∎ Issuance of marketing related form and letter, registration form and other legal papers.
∎ Motivation to sales team and manage whole sales effort through various marketing and advertising methods
∎ Development of external business development and update marketing plan.
∎ Delivering convincing oral sales presentations to potential clients and investors.
∎ Communication with RAJUK, registration authority and different Government agencies.
∎ Being updated on the real estate industry, new housing regulations and legislation.
∎ Identification of viable projects and prepare of business cases to support the Board of Directors in making decisions
