∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Drafting, Land Documentation, Legal Affairs, Registration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collecting documents from Land Department, Estate Department etc for Apartment Registration purpose as and when required.
∎ Maintaining liaison with Sub-registry Office personnel as and when required for registration purpose.
∎ Communicating, visiting and commissioning Sub-registry Office personnel as and when required.
∎ Furnishing documents to the authority as and when required maintain the Company policy and Departmental SOP.
∎ Maintaining liaison with the Land Office for Land mutation purpose.
∎ Arranging mutation of proportionate Land from the Land Office after Apartment Registration and collecting Service Charge from the Clients through as per Management approved rate.
∎ Providing yearly Kazna payment Service to the Clients against Service Charge as per requirement of FM Department.
∎ Reporting the status of Registration, Collection and Expenses against the same to the Management on monthly basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
