Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement quality control systems and processes to ensure product quality.
∎ conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
∎ Document and update quality control procedures and ensure they are followed consistently.
∎ Ensure that all quality standards comply with local regulations and international standards.
∎ Supervise and train quality control inspectors and other relevant staff.
∎ Conduct training sessions on quality control standards, procedures, and best practices.
∎ Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement among employees.
∎ Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
∎ Investigate and resolve quality issues and customer complaints promptly.
∎ Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality defects and prevent recurrence.
∎ Maintain accurate records of quality control inspections, tests, and audits.
∎ Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key quality metrics and issues.
∎ Ensure all quality documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality regulations and standards.
∎ Prepare for and manage all technical audits and capable write CAP on the basis of findings.
∎ Address customer quality issues and complaints.
