Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate should be Textile/Apparel graduate with about 20 years of relevant work experience in quality assurance of apparel in a manufacturing/buying organization.
∎ Candidate should have worked in a managerial capacity in a leading European Liaison office of an upmarket retailer/brand for at least 7 years handling quality assurance in excess of USD 200mn turnover and a team size of at least 20-25 members.
∎ Candidate should have sound technical knowledge and should be able to oversee and guide a technical team to improve product quality and performance parameters.
∎ Understanding of European restricted substances and chemical safety requirements is essential.
