• Having the ability to analyze the skills of team members and recognize their strengths and areas for development.

• Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively assess situations and make appropriate decisions.

• Coordinating directly with all departments to continuously increase production flow in the factory so that production is correct.

• Taking necessary measures to ensure proper production while keeping the quality of the product and monitoring whether the quality policy is working properly.

• Minimize production cost of products without overtime in the factory by realizing hourly targets.

• To ensure that the daily target of the production process is properly achieved so that there is no idle time and bottleneck situation.

• Instructing the subordinates to use the machinery used in the production work with care so as to reduce the maintenance cost.

• Before confirming the sample/initial order of the factory, who will give the correct information about the production

• capability/capacity to the above officer so that the customer`s needs are properly fulfilled

• Creating a quality production floor by properly planning and executing the production in the factory and ensuring timely shipment to the buyer/customer through its proper control.

• Regular monitoring of factory sizing/initials, SERP tools policy, and proper maintenance of all floor machinery.

• If training of employees is required, there will be necessary training to improve their skills so that QMS policy and quality objectives can be achieved properly.

• Also regularly supervise the social issues, and fundamental rights of employees and monitor that child labor, forced labor, health and safety, compensation, working hours, anti-discriminatory behavior, peacekeeping policy, and improvement of work environment are properly followed in all departments.
