Additional Requirements:

To ensure timely delivery of garment orders includes capacity planning, order allocation, line planning, production tracking.
Coordination with merchandising, production, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute production plans to meet customer delivery schedules and production efficiency targets.
Analyze and allocate orders based on factory capacity and capability.
Coordinate closely with merchandising, procurement, and production teams to align material availability, sample approvals, and production timelines.
Monitor WIP and production status, ensuring on-time order completion.
Ensure effective utilization of resources and minimize idle time or bottlenecks in production.
Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports, capacity utilization charts, and shipment status updates.
Maintain planning systems and tools, ensuring data accuracy and timely input.
Drive improvements in planning accuracy, lead time reduction, and operational performance.
Lead a planning team, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
Manage production risks proactively and implement contingency plans as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and optimize planning processes.
