Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Development Studies/ MPH from any recognised university with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop plans and implementation strategies to facilitate service delivery system for the assigned project in the working area
∎ Provide administrative support for project implementation
∎ Prepare/ revise project budgets and financial tracking of expenditure
∎ Liaise with government health counterparts, UN, INGO and other stakeholders for the smooth operation of the project, ensure project alignment with DGHS directives and maintain effective working relationships
∎ Ensure projects meet high standards in design, monitoring and evaluation
∎ Collaborate with the cross functional team for ensuring effective and efficient implementation
∎ Coordinate with different departments of BRAC, e.g. MIS & Monitoring unit of HNPP, Finance & Accounts, Procurement, HRD, BLD, Programme Support Unit (PSU), Monitoring & Investigation and Audit
∎ Analyse emergency management information systems and program data to take evidence based decision for the improvement of the program
∎ Establish a safeguarding culture across all level of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of experience in partnership management
∎ Contemporary knowledge management, partnership development and management
∎ Extensive knowledge on COVID-19 management
∎ Knowledge of donor regulations, financial management and budget
∎ Have strong interpersonal, communications, organizational and team building ability
∎ Have fluency in written and spoken English and Bengali
∎ Must have outstanding networking and strong negotiation skills
∎ Experience of establishing and maintaining networks at local, national and global level
∎ Have analytical and strategic thinking ability
∎ Must have problem solving skills and strong coordination capacity, adaptation to changes and stress management capacity
