Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Professional experience in project management and training in development sector.
∎ Working experience with Education Institutions and private sector related projects will get preference.
∎ Experience in managing EU-funded or USAID projects will get preference.
∎ Relevant certification in project management will be an added advantage.
∎ Have excellent level of skills in developing various training material and manuals and delivering training programmes specifically on safeguarding, soft skills and rights at work
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and execute training activities across factories, workplaces, and educational institutions.
∎ Lead needs analysis and formulate capacity-building programs.
∎ Provide technical support to team members for engagement plans.
∎ Oversee short-term and long-term development strategies for factories and educational institutions.
∎ Contribute to business cases, training assessments, completion reports, logistics, and budgets.
∎ Lead development and implementation of training plans, including Gantt charts and SOPs.
∎ Implement safeguarding, soft skills, and other training programs for private sector and education institutions.
∎ Supervise social compliance developers/trainers, ensuring effective delivery and materials development.
∎ Guide trainers in coordinating and facilitating training for both education institutions and private sector.
∎ Design field visit plans and analyze reports for proper activity implementation and documentation.SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practices promote and endorses the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follows the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourages others to do so.

∎ The SHIKHA project under Social Compolinace Programme aims to strengthen prevention and response to all forms of gender based violence (GBV) at the public and workplaces in Bangladesh through legislative change and effective enforcement, strengthening systems and addressing harmful social norms and gender stereotypes. The project will work in Dhaka, Gazipur, Chattogram, Barisal, Narayanganj and Rajshahi districts in 250 workplaces, 270 educational institutions, public places, digital platforms and with the Government of Bangladesh.
