Educational Requirements:
∎ 4 Years of Graduation or Masters in any discipline (preferably in business) from reputed universities

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide creative leadership and strategic direction to the team of Merchant Acquiring (POS/E-Commerce & Strategic Alliance)
∎ Leading the team from the front & develop Strategy to acquire new global & local merchant in the portfolio, ensure business & income at the same time
∎ Identifying, performing due diligence and negotiating partnerships with partners to extend/enhance merchant commerce offering including (not limited to) POS and Online/E-commerce gateway
∎ Development of the technology and services to support retailer/merchant objectives of multiple payment options, technical flexibility and alignment of client rewards and other value added retailer program
∎ Developing & implementing flexible partnership models which includes i) Plugging into aggregators, ii) direct local connection, iii) other alternatives
∎ Managing strategic alliances (Discount, Cashback, Rewards etc.) with merchants (online & offline) for new and existing merchants

∎ Minimum 8 years of Sales experience in a reputed financial institute
∎ Able to handle complex situations
∎ Excellent negotiation skills and selling skills
