∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Communications/Media/Journalism or related field.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years' working experience in managing communications and media activities, preferably in any international development organization, including 3 years in management position.
∎ S/he is expected to have hands-on experience in managing communications activities internally and externally,
∎ Very good in developing and managing media relationships,
∎ Excellent networking skills with the media, government representatives and other stakeholders.
∎ Excellent spoken and written communication skills both in English and Bangla,
∎ Understanding and well-abreast of social media platforms,
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills and proven ability to manage team.
