∎ Adequate skills in computer applications- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS), R programming, Advanced SQL Query.
∎ Facilitation and organizing skills and conduct meeting, training, refreshers training etc.
∎ Recording and reporting compliance
∎ Data quality assurance and validation
∎ Public health data management system
∎ Minimum 05 years’ of experience in MIS and Monitoring & Evaluation sector and public health.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive projects for consolidating and organize various BHP data into a structured database and develop processes and tool to retrieve customized insights for the programme.
∎ Coordinate with various stakeholders within or outside BHP to ensure various information are updated regularly and accurately.
∎ Ensure coordination with all programmes/projects of BHP, analyze data and provide different relevant insight to the programme for improvement of the data quality.
∎ Develop processes jointly within the programme and external stakeholder to address and improve data quality issues.
∎ Support to set Annual operating plan (AOP), VFM, Result framework and annual programme target as the focal for BHP.
∎ Organize, facilitate and improve management information training and Digital Financing System (DFS) training.
∎ Drive the process of identifying data insights through data exploration in collaboration with various stakeholders. Organize idea generation session among different stakeholders.
∎ Submit all reports as a monthly update to management, donor reporting and develop annual factsheet, at a glance for BHP as MEAL focal.
∎ Conduct frequent field visits to guide and support field staff for producing quality data.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Job Purpose
∎ This role is responsible for leading the MEAL (M & E and MIS) team of the BHP that ensures design, develop, test, implement and maintain the MEAL platform. Further, this role will drive the data science initiative of BHP and work in advance data analytics, with the objective of finding insight that will help program make better planning and address emerging health issues. Design, implement and supervise regular evidence generating system for BHP programme providing support in decision-making.
