∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fabric dyeing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, monitoring and supervising overall knit fabric dyeing process as per SOP’s;
∎ Understanding buyers’ fabric requirements and delivering within given time period;
∎ Following-up Lab Dip, Recipe, Sample Fabrics, RFT improvement, Batch, Dyeing, Finishing, Quality etc.;
∎ Monitoring over all operational compliance issues of floor;
∎ Minimizing fabric dying cost and process loss;
∎ Any other responsibilities assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Leadership skill.
∎ Communication skill.
∎ Computer Literacy like PPT, MS Word, Excel etc.
∎ Positive professional attitude & self-motivated.
∎ Inter-personal skill.
