Experience in Rieter, Trutzschler, LMW, Savio, Murata, Toyota, Zinser machines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage the Electrical & Electronic department to ensure uninterrupted production.
Plan and execute preventive & corrective maintenance of spinning machinery electrical systems.
Prevent electrical/electronic failures.
Troubleshoot electrical/electronic faults in carding, drawing, simplex, ring frame, blow room, compressors, humidification plants, PLC systems, and control panels.
Monitor power Generation, distribution, load management, and implement energy-saving initiatives.
Maintain electronic cards, VFDs, sensors, automation systems, power electronics and ensure proper calibration.
Coordinate with production, mechanical, and utility teams for optimum machine performance.
Prepare maintenance schedules, breakdown analysis, daily operational reports.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain & control spare parts inventory and cost control.
Annual budget preparation & implementation
Coordinate with Stores, Purchase & suppliers for quality, performance, timely receiving & further follow up of technical purchases.
Skill development of engineers, supervisors, and technicians to improve team performance.
Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of machinery and electrical infrastructure.
Advise on future modifications, expansions, new technology, etc related to electrical & electronics.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
