∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Skills Required: Credit Risk Analysis, Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Credit Collection, Credit Control And Recovery, Credit Risk Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, IT Enabled Service, Manufacturing (FMCG), NGO
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Credit Policy Strictly and Handle Credit Controls & Administration Duties.
∎ Undertake Detail Analysis and Write Reports On Existing Customers With An Objective To Make Effective Decisions On Renewal/Extensions or Withdrawals of Credit Facilities.
∎ Preparing recovery/non-moving parties list by using nonmoving party's sales vs. collection report.
∎ Time to time meeting with business team for preparing short as well as long term recovery & collections plan.
∎ Follow up recovery plans weekly (Telephonic, Physically).
∎ Issuing remainder letter as well as administrative warning letter to recovery parties.
∎ Take action through litigation process by using security cheques.
∎ Weekly follow-up and reporting to management of litigation party's movement.
∎ Manage The Local Government Authorities Related To Credit Operations.
∎ Ensure Confidentiality Of Credit Operations Documents.
∎ Monitoring Branch's Credit Sales & Collection and monitoring Ledger Reconciliation with Dealers.
∎ Keeping Database Record Of All Communication With The Clients and Financial Statement Analysis of New Corporate Customers.
∎ Correspondence with Corporate Clients Like, Issuing Reminder Letters In Case Of Nonpayment & Late Payment
∎ As Well As Issuing Letter In Case of Cheque Dishonor.
∎ Reporting To Management (Collection against Sales, Aging, Debtors Movement, Moving & Non Moving Customer's Position Etc.).
∎ DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and Trend Analysis and follow up Balance Confirmation.
∎ Meeting/Co-Ordination with Business Team and Legal Team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
