Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science or similar qualifications
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage information technology projects and IT Systems
∎ Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
∎ Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance
∎ Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures
∎ Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational requirements
∎ Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
∎ Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
∎
∎ Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
∎ Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
∎ Coordinating with all level of stakeholders within the business
∎ Conducting risk assessments for projects
∎ Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ More than 5 years proven working experience as a senior IT Manger/ Project Manager
∎ Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
∎ Ability to manage personnel
∎ Project management qualifications will be an added advantage
∎ Excellent communication skills
