Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors from any recognised university with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading innovation activities across the organisation through developing and implementing innovation projects and prototypes
∎ Acting as link between SIL and programmes, continuously exploring ways to create new opportunities for collaboration
∎ Managing Frugal Innovation Forum and driving post-forum partnership opportunities
∎ Identifying new partners and supporting partnerships (both internally and externally)
∎ Supervising innovation forums and challenges (internal and external)
∎ Leading the development of innovation toolkit (process, templates etc.)
∎ Giving presentation to senior leadership and inter programmes of BRAC on different knowledge sharing and updates
∎ Writing proposal, concept notes, other relevant materials for Fund Raising and external events.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in the development, banking or finance sector is preferred. Qualification in and/or significant experience in innovation related field is highly desired.
∎ Have knowledge on development entrepreneurship, business models and financial projections
∎ Excellent skills on project management, communication and inter-personal, ability to build a team with a verity of skills and to network effectively within a large organisation
∎ Have to be empathetic, passion for innovation and development
∎ Should poses ability of critical analysis, design thinking and problem solving
∎ Have to be excellent at teamwork
