Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Good communication with Factories, Merchandising & Suppliers’ chain team;
∎ Good communicate with the buyer's representative and follow their time-to-time instructions accurately;
∎ Monitor the quality and quantity of finished product during delivery as per AQL standard;
∎ Ensure all quality parameters during new developments and monitor and evaluation daily QC activities & reports;
∎ Monitor PP meeting, size- set follow-up pilot run and inline, pre-final and final inspection by maintaining organization standard;
∎ Train the team member and suppliers follow-up risk assessment, quality gap and drive by using process mapping and other applicable tools;
∎ Check production plan, execution, ensure all delivery quality and OTD;
∎ Testing report of all product to confirm quality conformance as well as any unauthorized activities observe & escalate evidence of breaches of customer product safety and quality manual (customer manual) AQL standard, Children product safety standard etc.)
∎ Maintain and ensure excellent business helpful relative shipments with the factory Management as well as the buyer.
