∎ Management of Efficiency & Productivity of 40 Lines Denims Sewing Lines.
∎ Develop the Skill Matrix for Sewing Machine Operators.
∎ Balance Sewing People Skill for Future Needs.
∎ Work as Team with Other Department for Optimizing Productivity.
∎ Work on Skill Development of IE People.
