Professional Certifications in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), Project Management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master) and Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure Solutions Architect) will be added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee all data-related initiatives ensuring alignment with BRAC Health Programme’s goals and objectives.
∎ Coordinate with Health Tech and PHC pilots to identify and prioritize data needs for programmatic impact.
∎ Develop, implement, and manage unified real-time dashboards, ensuring integration of project data as per programme logframes and operational plans.
∎ Streamline multiple tech products and servers into a unified architecture, reducing reporting lag and ensuring real-time data insights across all health initiatives.
∎ Lead data mining activities using state-of-the-art methods and visualize insights tailored to program requirements.
∎ Manage partnerships with external data providers, academic institutions, and technology vendors (e.g., MPower, Medtronics Lab).
∎ Ensure ethical and compliant data management practices in line with national and international health data standards.
∎ Evaluate system architectures and recommend improvements to achieve operational efficiency and enhance health outcomes.
∎ Organize knowledge dissemination events within and beyond the programme to share key insights and promote data-driven decision-making.
∎ Prepare TORs for external consultants, manage tech-related procurement, and oversee vendor performance.
∎ Plan and execute capacity-building initiatives, including training modules, to enhance staff proficiency with new tech tools.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Job Purpose: This role oversees the development and management of user-centered tech solutions and business intelligence tools to support BRAC’s health-related initiatives. It ensures alignment of data-driven strategies with programmatic goals, integrates real-time data systems, and optimizes data models for unified reporting and improved health outcomes.
