Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage and monitor overall administration of finishing department.
∎ Setting up daily production target according to shipment schedule and finishing plan.
∎ Arranging Co-ordination meeting with subordinate responsible persons.
∎ Giving proper solution instantly against any technical problems in finishing floor.
∎ Communicate with buyer and finishing related all departments.
∎ Keeping good communication with all responsible persons in finishing floor and other related all departments.
∎ Motivating all responsible people to do team work and increase their efficiency.
∎ Avoiding Extra manpower and extra overtime according to requirement of company.
∎ End of the day before leave, Planning and arranging all the accessories for the next day.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have the ability to handle finishing of 1000 pcs knit garments production per day.
∎ Should have clear idea about planning, rejection control, maintaining AQL and understanding of GSD.
