Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years of working experience in a relevant field including 3 years in management position including working experience with Director of Primary Education (DPE), Education Technology (EdTech), National Curriculum textbook board (NCTB), National Academy of Primary Education (NAPE) and Partner NGOs.
∎ Advanced knowledge about primary, teacher's capacity building and remedial support in Bangladesh.
∎ Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in Primary Education Curriculum, education policy, materials development, capacity development, Education Technology (EdTech), ICT in education, learning gap, and quality education.
∎ Experience in Teachers' Professional Development (TPD)educational project management, working with partners, and government offices.
∎ The working experience may be flexible for a highly qualified person.
∎ Excellent skills in process facilitation and coordination with high standards, Team management, Good planning and coordinating skills, Good presentation skills, Time management skills, Good monitoring and analytical skills.
∎ Have excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bangla.
∎ Proficient in computer skills of word processing in MS office.
