Accounting and Finance, Product Costing and budgeting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and guide Npoly costing department and ensure correct reporting to the management
∎ Liaise with Factory In-charge to ensure optimum utilization of machinery, production capacity analysis, and production variance analysis along with, quantity, and recipe with Store, Production, and Distribution
∎ Supervise and guide Store In-charge and Distribution head to ensure proper control over the inventory of raw materials and finished goods
∎ Supervise and guide operation to ensure optimum level of inventory of raw material and finished goods which will guarantee smooth delivery of finished goods and minimum utilization of working capital
∎ Supervise and guide costing personnel to ensure product costing, product recipe, weight, product, and cost control at Factory level
∎ Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge of computer
∎ Good command of spoken and written English and Bangla
∎ Good knowledge on analysis and reporting
∎ Self-motivated and hardworking and flexible
∎ Ability to work under huge pressure and meet the deadline
∎ Working experience with oracle software will get privilege
Salary: Negotiable
