Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Social Sciences/Agriculture Extension/Fisheries/Business Studies, Development Studies or relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years' experience of which 3 years in management position within the area of organizational capacity development and training, partnership management preferably in international organization.
∎ Experience with capacity strengthening and organizational development
∎ Hands-on experience of budgeting and budget management, understanding of financial systems and procedures, operational policy and procedure development.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point etc.)
∎ Experience of general administration work
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written) both in English and Bangla
∎ Ability to manage a complex and diverse workload and to work to tight deadlines.
∎ Ability to contribute to a small, proactive team, motivating staff and working collaboratively with colleagues and providing support and advice as necessary.
