Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.

Strategy Development and Execution:
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, gaps, and potential opportunities. Use this information to shape the company’s business development strategy.
Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to form partnerships with other companies, organizations, or industry players. This could involve joint ventures, collaborations, or strategic alliances.
Revenue Growth: Create revenue growth plans, considering factors like pricing, product positioning, and market penetration.
Product Expansion: Explore ways to expand the product or service portfolio, including identifying new markets or customer segments.
Team Building and Leadership:
Training & Development: Build and lead a high-performing business development team. Train, develop and mentor team members.
