Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline preferably in Public Policy/ Development Studies (MDS)/ Social Sciences/ Economics / Development Management from any recognised univeristy.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the Senior Director to identify priorities and help align her/his time accordingly; revisit them regularly to assess progress; identify critical tasks which can be delegated to other cluster members and support the Senior Director in such delegation.
∎ Support the Senior Director in distributing the workload across the cluster and follow-up on assignments to various teams/individual; keep the Senior Director abreast of the progress of planned activities/projects; regularly analyse financial and audit reports of the cluster and support follow-ups; manage large, often cross-functional, organisation-wide projects or initiatives; bring together essential stakeholders and help drive decisions.
∎ Follow up on actions arising out of meetings or tasks assigned to the Senior Director either by the BRAC executive management teams or by any other cluster members. Help organise the Senior Director's time and support in preparing drafts responses such that, as much as possible, datelines are met.
∎ Help the Senior Director plan meetings/retreats/engagements to ensure shared vision and objectives; prepare talking points, summaries, and briefing materials to effectively help the Senior Director contribute in internal/external meetings, workshops and such engagements; reflect field-level knowledge, on-the-ground experience of BRAC colleagues, and academic/non-academic studies in any such briefing materials.
∎ Working with the engagement team, support documentation and outreach in various platforms, assist in organising events and maintain internal-external engagements.
∎ Establish a safeguarding culture across all level of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ 5-7 years of professional experience is required.
