Responsibilities & Context:
If you have the same passion for education and integrity that we have, and you’re good at reading and managing people, you might be what we are looking for. We run dozens of primary schools in some of the most remote parts of Bangladesh, with a small management group.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate, capable of bridging the world of management of staff in Bhola and working with an exceptional board of management in Australian. Great managerial skills, very good communication and computer skills, plus the willingness to live and move around Bhola during the school year is a must.
This is the most senior role in Bangladesh, marked by a zero tolerance for corruption, and high expectations. Please do not apply if you haven’t got plenty of project experience.
