• Formal experience or qualifications in education are helpful, but not essential. Management experience and qualifications are desirable.
• Accounting qualifications/experience essential.
• We’re looking for candidates with Masters qualifications as a minimum.
• While we will consider younger candidates, we are looking for people with people skills and people experience.
• You will work closely with an Australian senior management team, applying international management standards, as we try to lift education standards.
• Bangladesh’s future requires a shift in education standards to meet international challenges; let’s try and make that shift.

• If you have the same passion for education and integrity that we have, and you’re good at reading and managing people, you might be what we are looking for. We run dozens of primary schools in some of the most remote parts of Bangladesh, with a small management group. We are looking for some senior people for field and potentially office roles.

• Package may include accommodation, and for field officers a daily field allowance.
