We are looking for an exceptional candidate, capable of bridging the world of management of staff in Bhola and working with an exceptional board of management in Australian. Great managerial skills, very good communication and computer skills, plus the willingness to live in Bhola during the school time (around half the year) are a must.
This is the most senior role in Bangladesh, marked by a zero tolerance for corruption, and high expectations. Please do not apply if you haven’t got plenty of project and project management experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all Bangladesh-based staff (approx. 180 personnel).
Oversee school operations across remote locations, including site visits.
Maintain strict financial accountability and anti‑corruption standards.
Ensure curriculum quality and compliance with education standards.
Strengthen community engagement and relationships with local stakeholders.
Report regularly and promptly to the Board and Australian management team.
Coordinate field visits and supervise project implementation.
Monitor performance, conduct staff evaluations, and support capacity building.
Ensure safety, child protection, and safeguarding compliance.
