Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drafting various agreements, undertakings, board resolutions, Memorandum of Association, notices, replies to notices & regulatory letters MoUs.
∎ Maintain Moveable and Immovable assets.
∎ Preparation for asset audit.
∎ Instructing and supervising external solicitors in litigation and other legal matters concerning the companies’ business as well as relating to Company’s assets.
∎ Provide legal vetting for purchasing proposed land.
∎ Resolve various kinds of disputes regarding purchased land.
∎ Land measurement, land mutation, land registration, land ownership, land related papers/documents and other assets.
∎ Take initiative to secure the purchased land by demarcation and taking possession.
∎ Investigate in various Govt. Offices as well as concerned police stations and other govt. authorities.
∎ Coordinating on disputed issues with lawyers, concerned police stations and other govt. authorities.
∎ Maintains calendar by entering and updating requirements, court dates, and meetings.
∎ Protects law firm’s reputation by keeping client information confidential.
∎ Maintain asset legal statement (Khajna, Porcha, Mutation, Namjari, Tax)
∎ Maintain Rental related issues.
∎ Preparation for land and asset acquisition.
∎ Licensing and leasing related issues.
∎ Maintain asset protection and security management.
∎ Other job related to asset.
∎ Any other task assigned by top management .
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Legal, Compliance
∎ The applicants should have minimum 5 years experience in the following business area(s): Garments Industry (Woven & Knitting), Law Firm, Real Estate/ Developer/ Civil Matter
∎ •Experience in legal/compliance department of a reputed group of company.
∎ Previous experience with capability to review and verify the land documents as per the laws of the country
∎ The candidate who can determine to survive in this company minimum 3 years, He/ she can apply for this post
∎ Must be willing to work with top management
