Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the Development Team – Oversee and mentor developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
∎ Project Planning & Execution – Define technical architecture, set project guidelines, and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Maintain Code Quality – Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure optimal application performance.
∎ System & Database Optimization – Optimize queries, resolve N+1 issues, and improve application efficiency.
∎ API & Frontend Collaboration – Develop and maintain RESTful APIs while working closely with frontend developers using JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery, and Axios.
∎ Infrastructure & Deployment – Manage server configurations, .htaccess rules, caching, and security best practices.
∎ Ensure Compliance & Security – Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection measures.
∎ Strategic Decision-Making – Recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve workflow.
∎ Documentation & Process Management – Maintain clear documentation and ensure smooth project handovers.Requirements
∎ 5+ years of experience in Laravel development.Expertise in PHP 5+, Laravel 10/11, and modern MVC architecture.
∎ Strong database skills with MySQL, Eloquent ORM, query optimization.
∎ Experience managing a team and leading projects from start to finish.
∎ Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, Axios, and frontend integration.
∎ Proficiency in Git, Composer, NPM, and modern DevOps tools.
∎ Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication (JWT, OAuth), and security best practices.
∎ Experience in server-side DataTables processing and performance tuning.
∎ Strong knowledge of .htaccess, caching, CORS, and server configurations.
∎ Ability to set development guidelines and enforce team-wide coding standards.Nice to Have
∎ Experience with WordPress development and integrations.
∎ Exposure to ERP systems and file management workflows.
