∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Bachelor’s/ Diploma degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field/ a Master's degree or professional certifications is a plus.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers, scanners and POS system.
∎ Hands-on experience in network management, system administration, and IT security.
∎ At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, systems administration, with at least 2 years in similar role.
∎ Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage, maintain, and upgrade the company’s IT systems, hardware, software, and networks.
∎ Oversee the installation, configuration, and support of new technologies.
∎ Lead the IT support team in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
∎ Implement and enforce IT security protocols and best practices.
∎ Oversee the management and monitoring of network performance, bandwidth, and connectivity.
∎ Work with external vendors and service providers for IT solutions and maintenance.
∎ Ensure compliance with all IT-related regulations and standards.
∎ CCTV System (IP Camera), Attendance machine configure & maintenance.
∎ Planning of branch office Network and implementation of WAN and LAN.
∎ Practical Knowledge of Networking including TCP/IP, Firewall, IP addressing andSub- netting.
