Responsibilities & Context:
Work Type: Office + Field Support
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee on-site and remote IT support operations for clients and internal teams.
• Manage complex troubleshooting of hardware, software, network, and security issues.
• Supervise installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, network devices, CCTV, IP phones, and IoT devices.
• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and service logs.
• Provide training and guidance to junior IT staff and clients.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.
• Participate in planning and implementing IT infrastructure upgrades.
