Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Nursing from a reputed Nursing College/ Institute or BSc in Nursing with additional degree in Midwifery.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To oversee and support the Instructor in imparting the Diploma course, provide inputs based on observations to faculty development plans;
∎ To ensure that all activities in the academic sites follow the academic calendar with quality;
∎ To update the modules as required, impart teaching, support the Course Coordinators and train them for acquiring both pedagogical and clinical skills;
∎ To facilitate mentoring sessions of the academic sites, provide inputs to the mentors to develop the succession plans;
∎ To provide on-the-job training and identify needs for capacity building in individual teaching staffs;
∎ To ensure the practical training takes place as planned and students have the scope to practice as per their lesson plan;
∎ To support students through Course Coordinator to overcome individual crisis, arrange special support to students with special needs;
∎ Carry out any other activities as and when assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years of teaching experience in any reputed Nursing College/Institutions;
∎ Capable of undertaking frequent field visits;
∎ Ability to organize work under pressure & set priorities;
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skills;
∎ Computer literacy is essential.
