∎ Bachelor/Honors, Diploma in Hotel Management
∎ Graduation/ Diploma in Hotel Management from any Government authorized institute or university.

∎ Age 20 to 50 years
∎ BNQF: Level 3/ BNQF: Level 3 & CBT&A Level 4
∎ Candidates with 2 to 5 years work experience in relevant field will get priority.
∎ Proficiency in computer operations, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage supervisees, ensure accountability and maintain training quality.
∎ Coordinate with partners and donors to achieve training objectives.
∎ Conduct theoretical and practical classes based on NSDA course curriculum.
∎ Prepare lesson plans, class routines, handouts and assessment tools as per Competency Standards (CS) and Competency-Based Learning Materials (CBLM).
∎ Independently deliver training sessions using CBT&A methodology.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including attendance, student portfolios and stock registers.
∎ Design course syllabi, presentations, lecture videos, quizzes and exams.
∎ Monitor, evaluate and provide feedback on student performance.
∎ Prepare and maintain donor documents and submit timely updates.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
