∎ We are looking for committed & performance driven candidates in our Corporate Office in the following position:
∎ Job Location: Corporate Office, Banani.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major jobs and responsibilities include but not limited to: -
∎ Proactively promote aggregate products, identify potential new products and markets.
∎ Communicate the value of NDE RMC products to the customer.
∎ Identify and understand current and unmet needs for existing and potential customers.
∎ Have thorough understanding of NDE RMC product specifications and applications.
∎ Continuously monitor relevant competitor activity, communicate, and recommend any necessary actions.
∎ Work closely with operations team for respective production facilities to drive efficiencies, product quality and customer satisfaction.
∎ Arrange & attend technical meeting with consultant, customers, engineers, architects & real estate developer.
∎ Conduct market survey program & making marketing strategy, competitor analysis etc. For market development.
∎ Preparing promotional plan & perform successfully.
∎ Preparing the agreement of sales between the client and the company.
∎ To participate in different kinds of fair and market promotional activities.
∎ Monitoring all collection procedures.
∎ To design and implement marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business.
∎ To conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements.
∎ To supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
∎ To co-ordinate with the Sales Team for timely submission of sales plan/forecast/requisite reports.
∎ To analyze sales trends, preparing market plan and monthly or yearly sales forecast.
∎ To monitor progress and submit performance reports.
∎ To negotiate with the prices & other issues and make work order on marketing related work.
∎ To control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.
∎ To establish marketing goals based on market forecasts.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Minimum Fifteen (15) year's experience in a relevant field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Readymix Concrete, Cement Industries, Steel Re-rolling Mills & Building Materials Company.
∎ Should have proven experience in the related field.
∎ Should be honest and hard working
∎ Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
∎ Good command in Bengali and English.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel and internet.
