∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Fashion Designing,Product Development
∎ Training/Trade Course: Pattern making,Fashion Design,Fit Expert

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaising with local & overseas designers, and adapting designs to suit production methods;
∎ Making and sizing pre-production garments;
∎ Sourcing suitable fabrics and accessories as per design individually, or guide to the concern to do so;
∎ Undertaking quality evaluations of materials and checking the quality of the final product;
∎ Responding to product queries, including complaints, from customers;
∎ Making sure garments can be produced within budget;
∎ Overseeing fabric testing and fittings of first samples;
∎ Evaluating new clothing designs;
∎ Production support, review, evaluation and approval;
∎ Producing specifications and production instructions;
∎ Working with pattern graders to size pre-production garments and advising cutters and machinists on making up sample;
∎ Checking and approving sample garments and making any changes needed, including correcting faults;
∎ Visiting inhouse clothing factories and other clothing factories to check on the process and advise staff;
∎ Making sure the sample garments are delivered on time and in good condition and ensuring customer satisfaction;
∎ Building up a good working relationship with suppliers as well as the customers;
∎ Maintain all kinds of colour standards;
∎ Taking care of all kinds of washing chemicals & giving recipe for washing, if necessary;
∎ Follow up internal testing lab and internal test report;
∎ Follow up all third-party labs for smooth testing reports;
∎ Give approval for bulk fabric cutting/bulk garment production;
∎ Check sample fabric/ PP fabric/dye lot/trims and accessories and give internal approval;
∎ Check development fabric colour and quality and give internal approval;
∎ Check development garment wash and certify to submit to buyer;
∎ In summary Quality Assurance & Product Research & Development, Lab testing, Yarn Management, Shade Gradation, Online & Offline Quality management, Customer service, Technical Troubleshooting in Sample making;
∎ In case of any Technical Issue raise during bulk production work with team and solve;
∎ Keep commuting with merchant team, production team, and other team members of Quality team for betterment;
∎ Keep communication with UK and LA
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication skill over English;
∎ Have the ability to work alone as well as in a team;
∎ Be able to work under tight deadlines and cope with pressure;
∎ Have a keen interest in fashion and textiles;
∎ Demonstrate an understanding of pattern cutting, construction and manufacturing techniques;
∎ Technical knowledge gained preferably within fast paced commercial or supplier environment;
∎ Flexible approach to be able to adjust to the constantly changing needs of the business;
∎ Must have experience on different types of fabric i.e.; Canvas, Cashmere, Chenille, chiffon, Cotton, Crêpe, Damask, Georgette, Gingham, Jersey, Lace, Leather, Linen, Merino Wool, Modal, Muslin, Organza, Polyester, Satin, Silk, Spandex, Suede, Taffeta, Toile, Tweed, Twill, Velvet, Viscose;
∎ Strong presentation skill;
∎ Ability to multitask, and manage time effectively.
Salary:

14.5 equivalent Gross salary for a Permanent Employee (Profit Bonus, Earn Leave Encashment, 2 Festival Bonus, Provident Fund Facility;
