∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Email Correspondences.
∎ Good command on writing and speaking in English.
∎ Should be smart, honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Should have work cross-functional working skill.
∎ Should have knowledge in relevant accounting software (such as SAP, Oracle, Financfy & Tally Prime).
∎ Having work experience in RMG sector will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure all the entries in ERP software timely and accurate processing of monthly fixed asset transactions including additions, retirements and transfers and closing at the end of the month.
∎ Assign tag numbers to fixed assets.
∎ Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset & sub-ledger to the general ledger.
∎ Conduct periodic 100% physical counts of fixed assets.
∎ Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets, and assist the auditors in their inquiries.
∎ Produce monthly reports and assist with month end closing.
∎ Provide supporting documentation for audits.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
∎ Should have knowledge in Fixed assets management.
∎ Should have knowledge in maintaining the CIP and fixed assets list.
∎ Proficient in data entry and management.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by management as needed.
