∎ DEPARTMENT: Human Rights, Education, and Empowerment
∎ STATUS: Full Time
∎ REPORTS TO: Director of Finance and Administration
∎ TENTATIVE START DATE:01 October 2023

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 6-8 years of experience working in finance and accounting on U.S. government-funded projects in Bangladesh.
∎ At least four years' experience in team management.
∎ Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, creative problem solving, conflict resolution, and ethical management skills.
∎ Exceptional organizational skills
∎ Fluency in written and oral English and Bengali
∎ Strong skills in spreadsheet software (Microsoft)
∎ Experience with QuickBooks Pro or similar accounting software
