Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

  • At least 3 years of progressive experience working with private sector organizations, gained through reputed local NGOs, INGOs, banks and financial institutions, multinational corporations (MNCs), or other relevant organizations

  • Proven track record in mobilizing and channeling CSR funds for project implementation

  • Demonstrated ability to manage CSR funds effectively and transparently

  • Working experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs or projects will be an added advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh’s corporate sector and its CSR landscape.

  • Good understanding of the functions of government and International Non-Governmental Organizations.

  • Experience in integrating gender and social dimensions into project interventions is an advantage.

  • Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.



Responsibilities & Context:

Winrock International is recruiting applicants for the position of Private Sector Engagement Manager for the ‘Ashshash – for men and women who have escaped trafficking, Phase II’ is a four-year program supported by the Embassy of Switzerland in Bangladesh and implemented by Winrock International. The objective of the project is supporting 5,000 (65% female) survivors of trafficking to reintegrate into their communities and achieve personal well-being and self-sufficiency. The project will accomplish this goal by May 31, 2027.
