Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Financial Reporting, Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English), Proficiency in Accounting Software (Tally ERP9 Quick Book)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Fuel/Petroleum, Group of Companies

∎ We are seeking a detail oriented Senior Finance Associate to join our small yet dynamic team at the head office in Gulshan 2.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for payments and tracking daily expenses of Management Accounts
∎ Responsible for bank dealings and bank reconciliation
∎ Responsible for drafting internal and external finance related letters and purchase orders
∎ Participate in the preparation of monthly payrolls and annual increment report
∎ Participate in preparation of periodic financial reports
∎ Responsible for analyzing sales data to set targets for credit collection
∎ Streamline credit collection and sales reconciliation processes
∎ Review reports and present findings and analysis for prompt decision making
∎ Develop sophisticated formats to monitor financial KPIs of the company
∎ Ensure compliance of vat and taxes
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in using accounting software
∎ Prior experience in setting up processes in Accounting department
∎ Prior experience in making Management reports with analysis
