∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ PGD in HRM (Human Resource Management) .
∎ Skills Required: Administration, Computer skill, Management, Microsoft PowerPoint

∎ 3 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. HR Operations:
∎ Administer and manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, attendance management, leave tracking, and employee records management.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
∎ Support payroll processing and coordinate with the finance department for accurate and timely salary disbursement.
∎ 2. Talent Acquisition:
∎ Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
∎ Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
∎ Conduct background checks and verify references.
∎ Coordinate and facilitate the selection process, including making job offers and negotiating employment terms.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals.
∎ Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
∎ 3. Organizational Development:
∎ Assist in designing and implementing employee development programs and initiatives.
∎ Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
∎ Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback sessions.
∎ Contribute to employee engagement activities and initiatives.
∎ Assist in the implementation of change management strategies.
∎ 4. Strategic HR:
∎ Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
∎ Provide support in developing HR policies and procedures.
∎ Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR.
∎ Assist in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
∎ 5. Administrative Relations:
∎ Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding administrative matters.
∎ Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
∎ Manage employee benefits, insurance, and related administrative tasks.
∎ Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
∎ Coordinate with external vendors for facility management, maintenance, and other administrative services.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years

∎ Proven experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, organizational development, strategic HR, and administrative functions.
∎ Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills.
∎ Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Proficiency in HR software and systems.
∎ Demonstrated ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
