Responsibilities & Context:
To make capacity study, Follow-Up Study, and Time & Motion Study.
Line Lay-out, Balancing, Problem Identification and Solution, Line Target, Manpower and Machine Budget.
Coordinate with Production & planning Team to ensure best productivity.
Operators` skill test (both current and new) Train up and guide juniors Ensuring the budgeted manpower allotted at each operations in line.
Preparing Operation Breakdown/Layout & calculate Man power & Machinery.
Monitor the work floor for Maximum utilization of Man & Machine Overtime & loss time report prepared.
Updating the SMV data base & method improvement.
To monitoring All IE & Planning activities.
Ensure breakdown and layout.
Conduct 5`S Audit & campaign
