Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing or related field.
∎ At least 2 years of related branding and digital marketing experience.
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skills in English

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): SEO and Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute the digital marketing and communication activities according to marketing plan
∎ Design, plan and execute SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SMM (Social Media Management)
∎ Reporting of the SEO and SMM results
∎ Deliver (from team) digital contents and ensure uploading of the content in prescribed media
∎ Develop and deliver strategic online media plans to support key initiatives through successful management of publishers and agency partners - stretching budgets without compromising brand perception
∎ Monitor customers’ feedback and manage negative feedback, in the field of digital and print media.
∎ Exercise a data-centric approach to gather customer/user insights and use data to improve future digital marketing campaigns and results.
∎ Provide reports and analysis of the effectiveness of all digital marketing efforts to streamline focus and direction with regards to priorities, key customers, merchandising, product and development needs
∎ Maintain & Source partnerships with media agencies and vendors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 31 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Mid Professional level expertise in SEO, SMM, PPC Campaign setting, ADWORDS, FACEBOOK AD, RE-MARKETING
∎ Good knowledge in Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Advertising & Promotion
∎ Competitive knowledge in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
∎ Acute attention to detail
∎ Ability to communicate effectively in Bangla & English, both verbally and in writing
∎ Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, solutions-orientated
∎ Should be positive in attitude, result-oriented & ready to take challenges
∎ Good team player skill, execution skill, challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage
∎ Enthusiastic and proactive in nature

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
