- The candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in lift sales or a related field (construction, real estate, industrial equipment).
- Ability to travel to client sites and construction projects.
- Should have good knowledge of elevator systems and technical aspects.
Responsibilities & Context:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads for passenger/Cargo/Hydraulic lift.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, and developers.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable lift solutions.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any sales-related inquiries.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Suggest strategies to improve market share and sales performance.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.
Coordination & Follow-up:
- Work closely with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Follow up on payments, contracts, and order processing.
