  • Understanding of technical aspects related to elevator systems is essential.
  • Requires regular field visits, meetings, and handling project coordination.


Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Sales Leadership & Business Development:
    • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets for passenger/Cargo/Hydraulic Lift.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with key clients, including developers, contractors, and architects.
    • Create and execute sales strategies to expand market share.
  2. Customer Relationship & Account Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
    • Provide technical and commercial assistance to customers, including product recommendations and after-sales support.
    • Manage key accounts, maintaining strong relationships to ensure repeat business.
  3. Sales Planning & Reporting:
    • Monitor sales performance and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for senior management.
    • Set sales targets for the team and track progress.
    • Develop sales forecasts and budgets in alignment with company goals.
  4. Team Management & Training:
    • Supervise, mentor, and train junior sales executives to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
    • Provide guidance and performance feedback to the team.
    • Ensure smooth coordination between the sales, technical, and installation teams.
  5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to understand emerging trends, customer demands, and competitor offerings.
    • Suggest strategies for enhancing competitive advantage and capturing new opportunities.
  6. Project Management Coordination:
    • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery of products.
    • Address any issues or delays during the sales and installation process.
