- Requires regular field visits, meetings, and handling project coordination.
Responsibilities & Context: - Sales Leadership & Business Development:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets for passenger/Cargo/Hydraulic Lift.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with key clients, including developers, contractors, and architects.
- Create and execute sales strategies to expand market share.
- Customer Relationship & Account Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Provide technical and commercial assistance to customers, including product recommendations and after-sales support.
- Manage key accounts, maintaining strong relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Sales Planning & Reporting:
- Monitor sales performance and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for senior management.
- Set sales targets for the team and track progress.
- Develop sales forecasts and budgets in alignment with company goals.
- Team Management & Training:
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior sales executives to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Provide guidance and performance feedback to the team.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the sales, technical, and installation teams.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand emerging trends, customer demands, and competitor offerings.
- Suggest strategies for enhancing competitive advantage and capturing new opportunities.
- Project Management Coordination:
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery of products.
- Address any issues or delays during the sales and installation process.
