Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have sound knowledge on labor laws.
∎ Handle recruitment and selection activities.
∎ Supervise HR Payroll, Leaves & attendance etc.
∎ Organize training/awareness in regular basis.
∎ Maintain & update organogram of all departments.
∎ Keep all employees personal record & update time-to-time.
∎ Prepare disciplinary status and other report as desired by the management.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3-5 years working experience in human resources management in a big factory. Full knowledge on labour, industrial and land related laws, service and environment related conditions and its compliance.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
