Guest Relations/ Services
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure passengers are properly greeted upon their arrival with food
∎ Provide upscale passengers service experiences for passengers from check in to boarding throughout airport
∎ Ensure proper on time and hassle free airport service
∎ Promptly address passengers’ queries & requests
∎ Actively listen to and resolve complaints
∎ Coordinate and manage communication between VIP passengers and CSD staff and follow up to resolve passenger concerns
∎ Analyze passenger’s feedback and suggest ways to improve ratings
∎ Establish frequent relationships with VIP passengers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Work with a team.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Strong English communication both in speaking & written
∎ Should have ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good interpersonal skills.
Salary: Negotiable
