Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain close liaison with Land Owner to ensure maximum service.
∎ Arrange, coordinate different types of meeting (as and when required) with all concerned (Internal & External) persons.
∎ Have to maintain effective and efficient communication (Written & Verbal) with Land Owner regarding finalization of drawings with the help of Chief Architect/Structural Designer, land papers, utility bills and any technical issue(s) raised from the side of Land Owner.
∎ Handle all tasks related to land procurement with utmost sincerity & devotion.
∎ Need to have best knowledge of every land documents.
∎ Conducting Land measurement survey, Collection of land documents from the landowner.
∎ Draft proposal for joint venture development, relevant Dead of Agreement & Power Attorney.
∎ Preparing fund requisition for new land signing.
∎ Need to study competitors’ strategy to take competitive advantage from the market and need to have good market knowledge of rate, value & offers.
∎ Knowledge about FAR (Floor Area Ratio) calculation.
∎ Good communication Skill
∎ Develop & maintain professional relationship with all concerned authorities.
∎ Any other job related task assigned by the supervisor & Management.
